Spurs Odyssey understands that a deal is very close to seal the signature of PSV's Brazilian Goalkeeper Heurelho Silva Gomes. The deal is likely to be finalised next week, and our own Gilberto is said to have been very influential in the process.
Gomes is 27 years old, and a Brazilian International, although he has not played in the current world Cup qualifiers. Gomes starred against us in the UEFA Cup last season, when we were dramatically knocked out on penalties.
Spurs Odyssey was first to mention Argentinean midfielder Mario Santander several months ago, and now today he has been suggested in The Sun as one of Juande Ramos's targets. Spurs Odyssey was also first with the news of Dos Santos's signature in this window, and knew of Spurs interest in January. We also announced Modric aahead of his official transfer.
