Let's invoke the spirit of November 2010!

Tomorrow's game against Inter will be the 31st we will play in The Champions League. Of those, we have won 13, one of which was the famous 3-1 win over Inter on November 2nd, 2010, when Gareth Bale scintillated us with his dashes and delivery down the left wing and Rafa van der Vaart, Peter Crouch and Roman Pavlyuchenko scored our three goals. Spurs need to invoke the spirit of that game on Matchday 5 at Wembley!

Inter's 2-1 win in the San Siro on Matchday One left us in the foothills of the mountain we have to climb to qualify for the Champions League Round of 16. Further defeat at Wembley against Barcelona and results since mean that we simply have to beat the Italian team to stand any chance of pipping them to second place. We had the lead until the 86th minute in the San Siro when late goals by Icardi and Vecino pierced us like knives to the heart. We can beat the famous Internazionale again tomorrow!

Harry Kane needs just one more goal to add "Top Spurs goalscorer in Europe" to the list of his achievements. Harry's two against PSV put him level with Jermain Defoe and one ahead of previous record holder Martin Chivers.

Punters have been supporting both teams using the offers available at betting-universe.com. There are various permutations regarding qualification in each of the Champions League groups are they are shown on this BBC Sport page.

After beating us in September, Inter went on a run of 6 successive wins, five of which were in Serie A. Barcelona brought that run to an end in the Camp Nou in October, and the return match was drawn 1-1. Before the International break Inter suffered a 4-1 away defeat to in-form Atalanta, who were winning a fourth consecutive game. On Saturday Inter beat relegation threatened Frosinone 3-0 with goals by Balde (2) and Martinez neither of whom started the game against us in September. Both have only started 4 of Inter's League games, so perhaps the Italians rested key players against such low grade opposition as Frosinone.

Spurs' team news does not mean a radical change to the selection options of manager Mauricio Pochettino. We knew that Juan Foyth would not be available for this game, as he was not selected for the nominated squad of 25 at the start of the season. It surely means that Jan Vertonghen will make his return. Danny Rose has returned to full training, but is described as "building up his match fitness". Kieran Trippier is in the final stages of his rehabilitation after his groin injury. Victor Wanyama is also recovering from a knee problem. Davinson Sanchez has started "outdoor field work" and we know that Mousa Dembele will not be seen in action for a while yet.

Mauro Icardi, who scored Inter's equaliser on Matchday One is the club's top scorer with 10 goals in all competitions, three of which have been in the Champions League, against each of Inter's Group B opponents. Icardi also scored for Argentina last week in their second friendly against Mexico. Croatian International Ivan Perisic is one of several players with two Serie A goals to their name, but he hasn't scored since early September for club or country. If selected Nainggolan and Gagliardini may be bigger dangers, having scored more recently.

I expect Mauricio Pochettino to make two or three changes to the line-up for tomorrow's game. Lucas Moura and Erik Lamela will be raring to go, but how the manager fits these players into a side where all front four players (Eriksen, Dele, Son, Kane) excelled on Saturday is a matter upon which I will not speculate. It should be another great game. It's one we must win. I'll go for another 3-1! Yes, let's invoke the spirit of November 2010, or even November 2017 and 2018 come to think of it! COME ON YOU SPURS!

Match referee Cuneyt Cakir and his officials are all from Turkey, and we had exactly the same team of officials at Wembley when we beat Real Madrid 3-1 last November. One of the additional assistants - Hüseyin Göçek - has also refereed us in Europe. That was a 2-0 away defeat to Fiorentina, when one of the goals was scored by a certain Mo Salah, who was on loan from Chelsea at the time. Cuneyt Cakir has had charge of three previous Spurs games in Europe including the Real game last year.

· "It was Twenty Years ago today!" - On 28th November, 1998, a below strength Tottenham side battled but lost 2-1 at Upton Park.
